通过对前列腺癌患者围术期症状群及其生活质量调查，旨在探索并确定症状群的潜在分布与构成及其变化情况，探究影响患者生活质量的主要因素，旨在为更好地做好前列腺癌患者围术期患者的症状管理，提高生活质量，制定针对性的干预方案提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a survey of perioperative symptom clusters and quality of life in patients with prostate cancer, this study aims to explore and identify the potential distribution, composition, and changes of symptom clusters, and to investigate the main factors affecting patients' quality of life. The goal is to provide a theoretical basis for better symptom management during the perioperative period for prostate cancer patients, improve their quality of life, and develop targeted intervention programs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往出现抑郁等精神障碍且抗抑郁治疗时间≤6 个月； 2.合并严重心、肝、脑等脏器病变； 3.合并其他部位的恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of depression or other mental disorders with an antidepressant treatment duration of ≤6 months; 2.Presence of severe organ diseases involving the heart, liver, or brain; 3. Presence of malignant tumors in other locations.
