研究目的：

探讨生活方式干预对代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者的积极影响，通过检测血清炎症因子解析生活方式干预调控代谢相关脂肪性肝病的核心机制，为干预方案的科学优化提供理论支撑，为临床提供新思路与方向。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the positive effects of lifestyle interventions on patients with metabolic-associated fatty liver disease. By detecting serum inflammatory factors, analysis the core mechanisms by which lifestyle interventions regulate metabolic-associated fatty liver disease, providing theoretical support for the scientific optimization of intervention plans and offering new ideas and directions for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他肝病者； 2.怀孕与哺乳期妇女； 3.减肥药物使用史； 4.有心肺肾脏功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Merge other liver disease patients; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. History of Weight Loss Drug Use; 4. Those with impaired heart, lung, and kidney function.

The simple exercise intervention group (self-selected 5 days per week for 30 minutes of brisk walking during concentrated time periods at moderate target heart rate), with self-arranged diet. They received corresponding dietary advice before the start of the trial, following the 2022 Chinese Dietary Guidelines recommending a low-sugar, low-fat, low-salt diet: 500g of vegetables per day, 100g of meat per day, 1 egg per day, 200g of fruit per day, 200g of cereals and tubers per day, 250g of dairy products per day, and 20g of oil per day.

详细记录患者干预前后的身高，体重，BMI以及血压情况（SBP与DBP），血液生化指标（丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase，ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase，AST)、TG、总胆固醇(total cholesterol、TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol，LDL-C)、HDL-C、FPG、HbA1c、空腹胰岛素、白介素6（IL-6）、血尿酸(serum uric acid，SUA)），对所有患者进行人体成分分析、肝脏彩超与肝纤维化的无创诊断（CAP、LSM）。

Accurately record the patient's height, weight, BMI, and blood pressure conditions (SBP and DBP) before and after intervention, as well as blood biochemical indicators such as alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), TG, total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), HDL-C, FPG, HbA1c, fasting insulin, interleukin 6 (IL-6), and serum uric acid (SUA). Perform human body composition analysis on all patients, liver ultrasound, and non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis (CAP, LSM).
