纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 近1周曾使用抗血栓药物； 2. 炎症性肠病或肠结核； 3. 家族性息肉病； 4. 凝血功能障碍； 5. 术后病理诊断为非腺瘤息肉； 6. 息肉回收失败或非整块切除息肉； 7. 患者拒绝入组。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of antithrombotic drugs within the past week; 2. Inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis; 3. Familial polyposis; 4. Coagulation disorder; 5. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of non-adenomatous polyp; 6. Failed polyp retrieval or incomplete resection of the polyp; 7. Patient refusal to participate.

Use a conventional snare to extract the lesion and 1-3mm of normal mucosal tissue around it. Without lifting it away from the intestinal wall, continue to contract the snare and perform mechanical resection to extract the tissue

使用注射针黏膜下注射生理盐水+靛胭脂混合液，病灶充分抬举后，使用常规圈套器套取病灶及周边1-3mm正常黏膜组织，不抬离肠壁继续收缩圈套器，进行机械切除套取组织。

Intervention：

A mixture of normal saline and carmine was injected submucosa with an injection needle. After the lesion was fully lifted, a conventional snare was used to extract the lesion and the surrounding 1-3mm normal mucosal tissue. The snare was continued to contract without lifting the intestinal wall, and mechanical resection was performed to extract the tissue.
