研究目的：

优化腰椎间盘突出症的中西医结合治疗，并评价本方案的临床疗效及其临床疗效安全性，建立施氏“脊柱平衡手法”结合神经松动训练的中西结合诊疗方案，并探索该方法下红外热成像的机理，提供高级别的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Optimize the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment for lumbar disc herniation, and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of this plan. Establish an integrated Chinese-Western diagnostic and treatment plan combining Shi’s "spinal balance manipulation" with neural mobilization training, and explore the mechanism of infrared thermography under this method to provide high-level evidence-based medical evidence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.达到 LDH 手术治疗的标准； 2.结合有腰椎肿瘤、感染、结核病等严重疾患者； 3.存在腰部或下肢浅表组织疾患或关节炎患者； 4.发热者； 5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 6.正在进行另外的临床试验，影响疗效指标观测者； 7.拒绝签署本研究设计的知情同意书，违反预先规定的的试验方案； 注：凡符合上述任何一条的患者，即应予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Meet the surgical treatment criteria for LDH; 2. Patients with severe diseases such as lumbar tumors, infections, or tuberculosis; 3. Patients with lumbar or lower limb superficial tissue diseases or arthritis; 4. Those with fever; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. Those currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the observation of efficacy indicators; 7. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form for this study design or violate the pre-specified trial protocol. Note: Any patient meeting any of the above criteria should be excluded.

本研究采用区组随机分组方法 。选取合适的区组长度，根据给定随机种子数，借助SPSS统计软件，按照 1:1 比例产生72例受试者所接受治疗（试验组或对照组）的随机序列，列出随机编码表。研究者按受试者入组次序从小到大依次分配编号。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study used a block randomization method. An appropriate block length was selected, and based on a given random seed, the random sequence of treatment (trial group or control group) for 72 participants was generated in a 1:1 ratio using SPSS statistical software, and a random coding table was created. Researchers assigned numbers to the participants in ascending order according to their enrollment sequence.
