研究目的:

本研究旨在探讨影像新技术对评估肝移植患者术后早期移植物功能的价值,通过获得肝移植患者术后的临床、影像、实验室检查及病理资料,利用影像处理软件对图像进行分析,探索影像参数、身体成分和代谢性疾病与肝移植患者术后移植物功能的关系,实现对肝移植患者的无创诊断、疗效评价、预后预测等,从而指导临床治疗及提高联合肝移植患者的生存率及生活质量。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to explore the value of novel imaging technologies in assessing early graft function after liver transplantation. By collecting postoperative clinical, imaging, laboratory, and pathological data of liver transplant recipients, imaging analysis software will be used to process the images. The relationships among imaging parameters, body composition, metabolic diseases, and postoperative graft function will be investigated, with the goal of achieving noninvasive diagnosis, therapeutic efficacy evaluation, and prognosis prediction in liver transplant patients. Ultimately, the study seeks to guide clinical management and improve both survival rates and quality of life in patients undergoing combined liver transplantation.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.患者安装心脏起搏器,材料不明者,体内有金属植入物,带神经刺激器者及幽闭恐惧症等 2.不能忍受充分的屏气以进行充分的 MR 检查的患者;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with a pacemaker, unknown implants, metal implants in the body, neurostimulators, or claustrophobia, etc. 2. Patients who cannot hold their breath long enough to complete a full MRI scan.
