研究目的：

主要目的：探究植骨术后骨吸收发生率及吸收时间规律 次要目的： 1:分析骨吸收相关影响因素 2:分析骨吸收与术后结局的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

Main goal: To explore the incidence of bone resorption and the timeline of resorption after bone graft surgery. Secondary goals: 1. Analyze the factors that influence bone resorption. 2. Examine the relationship between bone resorption and post-surgery outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 已存在严重塌陷、髋关节骨关节炎或髋臼病变；
2: 患者仅接受髓芯减压、带血管蒂腓骨移植、钽棒或原发性关节成形术，而非打压植骨；
3: 髋关节发育不良 (DDH)、股骨头骨骺滑脱、Legg-Calvé-Perthes 病或既往接受过骨盆/股骨截骨术；
4: 伴有恶性肿瘤、明显代谢性骨病（如甲状旁腺功能亢进症、佩吉特病、成骨不全症）、严重骨质疏松症（T 值≤ −2.5）；
5: 临床记录不完整或 CT 扫描质量差导致无法进行可靠的 HU 测量；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of advanced femoral head collapse, hip osteoarthritis, or acetabular pathology at baseline.
2.Patients who underwent core decompression, vascularized fibular grafting, tantalum rod implantation, or primary arthroplasty, instead of impaction bone grafting.
3.History of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH), slipped capital femoral epiphysis, Legg–Calvé–Perthes disease, or prior pelvic/femoral osteotomy.
4.Coexisting malignancy, significant metabolic bone disorders (e.g., hyperparathyroidism, Paget’s disease, osteogenesis imperfecta), or severe osteoporosis (T-score ≤ −2.5).
5.Incomplete clinical data or poor-quality CT scans that preclude reliable Hounsfield Unit (HU) measurement.
