研究目的：

本课题旨在以计划行为理论为指导，构建妊娠妇女在没有医学指征时选择剖宫产分娩的理论行为模型。在对理论模型中核心变量准确测量的基础上，通过前瞻性追踪研究明确妊娠妇女选择剖宫产分娩的行为机制，为控制妊娠妇女过度选择剖宫产分娩提供准确的干预靶点和管理切入点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct a theoretical behavioral model for pregnant women who choose cesarean delivery without medical indications, guided by the theory of planned behavior.Based on the accurate measurement of the core variables in the theoretical model, the prospective follow-up study was conducted to determine the behavioral mechanism of pregnant women choosing cesarean delivery, and to provide intervention targets and management entry points for controlling over-selection of cesarean delivery in pregnant women.

项目由spss统计软件产生随机种子，采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法获取样本。在湖北随机抽取2个市，将这2个市的妇幼保健院作为研究现场，邀请前来做常规孕期检查的妇女参与研究。
