研究目的：

明确脊柱侧凸三维综合运动疗法对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者治疗的有效性，包括对脊柱畸形、平衡功能、肺功能、骨强度、生活质量的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of three-dimensionally integrated exercise intervention on the spinal deformity, balance function, bone strength, and quality of life, compared to observation for patients with AIS.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 有神经系统、骨骼肌肉、心血管系统等其他系统疾病史；
（2） 有脊柱、下肢手术史；
（3） 有脊柱康复治疗史；
（4） 无法完成连续6月治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanying mental problems, neurological-muscular or heart diseases;
2. Previous operation history of spine or lower extremities;
3. Previous exercises or brace treatment history;
4. Having contraindications to exercise.
