研究目的：

旨在从肠道微生物中分离培养与结直肠癌发生发展相关的关键微生物（细菌），同时检测其在不同部位（癌症、癌旁与正常组织）的含量；并进一步探究关键细菌结直肠癌发生发展过程中可能存在的机制研究；由此初步证明关键细菌可能作为结直肠癌临床诊断的判定依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to: isolate and identify key bacteria from the gut microbiota that are associated with colorectal cancer (CRC) pathogenesis; quantify their abundance in different tissue sites (cancer, paracancerous, and normal tissues); and 3) investigate their underlying mechanisms in CRC development. Our goal is to provide preliminary evidence supporting the potential of these key bacteria as diagnostic biomarkers for CRC.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄低于18岁；
2.排除既往确诊原发性结直肠癌并接受过相关治疗的患者；
3.排除继发性结直肠癌的患者；
4.排除既往确诊其他部位肿瘤并接受过相关治疗的患者；
5.术前行其他辅助治疗（如：化疗、放疗、靶向治疗等）；
6.排除其他严重疾病，不能耐受手术及检测的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age < 18 years; 2.Patients with a prior diagnosis of primary colorectal cancer who had received any related treatment; 3.Patients with secondary (metastatic) colorectal cancer; 4.Patients with a history of other malignancies who had received any prior anti-tumor therapy; 5.Patients who had undergone neoadjuvant therapy (e.g., chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy) prior to surgery; 6.Patients with other severe comorbidities that contraindicated surgery or the required procedures.
