研究目的：

基于二维斑点追中成像技术的左心房僵硬指数综合了左心室舒张功能和左心房应变功能参数，能较传统指标更为准确地反映心脏疾病下左心房结构与功能的改变，是预测房颤患者消融术后左心房功能逆转、术后房颤复发潜在指标。本项目拟选取于我院心内科拟行第一次及第二次房颤消融患者，术前常规行经胸和经食道超声心动图检查，应用二维斑点成像软件分析左心房应变参数，探究左心房僵硬指数对房颤患者消融术后左心房功能逆重构及术后房颤复发的预测价值，为术前完善消融策略提供建议。  

Objectives of Study：

Left atrial stiffness index based on two-dimensional dot pursuit imaging (DSI) combines the parameters of left ventricular diastolic function and left atrial strain function. It can reflect the changes of left atrial structure and function more accurately than traditional indexes. It is a potential index for predicting the reversal of left atrial function and recurrence of AF after ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation. Mark. In order to explore the effect of left atrial stiffness index on left atrial dysfunction and postoperative AF recovery in patients with atrial fibrillation, transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography were performed before ablation. The predictive value of these findings is helpful to improve the ablation strategy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有严重的器质性心脏病或瓣膜病；
（2）心肌梗死或有心脏手术史；
（3）恶性肿瘤或严重肝肾疾病；
（4）甲状腺功能亢进或减低；
（5）左室射血分数<55%;
（6）图像质量差，失随访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) there is serious organic heart disease or valvular disease.
(2) myocardial infarction or history of heart surgery;
(3) malignant tumors or severe liver and kidney diseases;
(4) hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism;
(5) left ventricular ejection fraction <55%;
(6) poor image quality and missed follow-up
