研究目的：

通过本项目建立一套完善的“家庭-学校-社区-医院”龋病综合防治体系，提供多元化、多层次、个性化儿童龋病综合防治服务，口腔服务利用率显著增加，提高龋病治疗率和龋齿充填牙数，儿童及家长的口腔健康知信行水平增加，逐渐推广至其他社区，增大覆盖面，让更多人群受益，全面提升我国儿童口腔健康水平，助力健康中国建设。

Objectives of Study：

Through this project, we aim to establish a comprehensive "Family-School-Community-Hospital" system for the prevention and control of dental caries. By providing diversified, multi-level, and personalized services, the project will significantly increase the utilization of oral health services, improve caries treatment rates, and increase the number of filled teeth. Furthermore, it will enhance the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) regarding oral health among both children and parents. The model is intended to be gradually extended to other communities to expand coverage and benefit a larger population, thereby comprehensively elevating the oral health status of children in China and contributing to the construction of "Healthy China."

本研究采用整群随机化方法，以学校为单位进行分组。为确保组间基线平衡，按学校规模进行分层随机化。由不参与数据收集与分析的独立统计学家使用计算机软件生成分配序列。分配隐藏采用按顺序编号、不透明、密封的信封（SNOSE）实施，每所学校对应一个信封。在完成基线数据收集后，由统计学家按顺序拆开信封，将两所学校分配至实验组（EG），另两所学校分配至对照组（CG）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study adopted a cluster randomization method with schools as the unit of randomization. To ensure baseline balance between groups, stratified randomization was performed based on school size. An independent statistician, who was blinded to data collection and analysis, generated the allocation sequence using computer software. Allocation concealment was implemented using sequentially numbered, opaque, sealed envelopes (SNOSE), with one envelope corresponding to each school. Upon completion of baseline data collection, the statistician opened the envelopes sequentially to assign two schools to the Experimental Group (EG) and two schools to the Control Group (CG).

盲法：	鉴于干预措施的性质，受试者、学校教师和干预人员无法实施盲法。然而，为了最大限度地减少测量偏倚，在整个研究过程中，负责口腔检查和数据录入的结果评估人员对分组设盲。
Blinding：	Given the nature of the intervention, participants, school teachers, and intervention personnel could not be blinded. However, to minimize measurement bias, outcome assessors conducting oral examinations and data entry remained blinded to group allocation throughout the study.
