研究目的：

炎症性肠病（IBD，含溃疡性结肠炎 UC、克罗恩病 CD）的治疗存在个体化差异，肠复方（CFR）中药方剂在前期临床中显示出潜在疗效，但缺乏精准的疗效预测工具及长期预后数据。本研究拟通过回顾性队列筛选疗效预测标志物、构建预测模型，再通过前瞻性队列验证模型并评价长期预后，最终为 CFR 方剂的个体化应用提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

The treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD), varies individually. The Compound Formula for Intestinal Diseases (CFR) traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula has shown potential efficacy in preliminary clinical studies, but there is a lack of precise efficacy prediction tools and long-term prognosis data. This study aims to identify efficacy predictive biomarkers and construct a predictive model through a retrospective cohort study, and then validate the model and evaluate long-term prognosis through a prospective cohort study, ultimately providing evidence-based support for the individualized application of the CFR formula.

排除标准：

前瞻性队列 1. 合并严重肠道并发症（如肠穿孔、大出血）； 2. 合并其他自身免疫病； 3. 肝肾功能严重异常。

Exclusion criteria：

Prospective cohort 1. Presence of severe intestinal complications (such as intestinal perforation or severe bleeding); 2. Presence of other autoimmune diseases; 3. Severe abnormalities in liver and kidney function.
