研究目的：

研究内镜下髓核摘除联合纤维环缝合修复治疗腰椎间盘突出症，是否有利于重建纤维环、降低椎间盘突出复发率、预防椎间盘塌陷。  

Objectives of Study：

To study whether endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal combined with annulus fibrosus suture repair in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is beneficial to reconstructing the annulus fibrosus, reducing the recurrence rate of disc herniation, and preventing disc collapse.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.腰椎滑脱症；(2)黄韧带增厚或骨化或椎管内占位导致的腰椎椎管狭窄症；（3）、复发型腰椎间盘突出症；（4）、2个或以上手术节段者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lumbar spondylolisthesis; 2. Lumbar spinal stenosis caused by thickening or ossification of the ligamentum flavum or space occupation in the spinal canal; 3. Recurrent lumbar disc herniation; 4. Two or more surgical segments.

试验组和对照组收集的病例记录手术时间、术中出血量、住院费用、术前及术后的VAS评分、ODI指数作为病例记录表；采用SPSS 31.0进行数据的统计分析，比较两组的手术效果

The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization expenses, preoperative and postoperative VAS scores, and ODI index were collected as case record forms; SPSS 31.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data to compare the surgical effects of the two groups.
