研究目的：

该试验的目的是开发一种基于微信小程序的健康管理平台，旨在改善超重肥胖儿童健康行为的自主性与长效性，并提供更便捷、有效和准确的家庭式健康管理工具。通过该平台，研究人员可以收集用户饮食情况、运动情况及体重等数据，并配合微信公众号根据个体的生活习惯和偏好提供个性化的健康管理建议，从而促进主动健康行为的形成和维持。 该试验的目的包括：1.整合家庭系统理论中的代际传递因素，依托AI驱动的数字教练技术，设计开发肥胖儿童及其家庭主动健康行为微信小程序。2.应用该小程序开展实证研究，探讨该微信小程序对肥胖儿童主动健康行为、BMI、腰围等方面的应用效果，并以系统可用性量表评价微信小程序的可用性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this trial is to develop a WeChat mini-program-based health management platform designed to enhance the autonomy and long-term effectiveness of health behaviors in overweight and obese children, while providing a more convenient, effective, and accurate family-oriented health management tool. Through this platform, researchers can collect user data on diet, physical activity, weight, and other metrics, and, in combination with a WeChat official account, deliver personalized health management recommendations based on individual lifestyles and preferences, thereby facilitating the formation and maintenance of active health behaviors. The specific objectives of the trial include: 1. integrating intergenerational transmission factors from family systems theory and utilizing AI-driven digital coaching technology to design and develop a WeChat mini-program focused on promoting active health behaviors among obese children and their families; 2. conducting an empirical study using this mini-program to examine its effects on active health behaviors, BMI, waist circumference, and other related outcomes in obese children, and evaluating the usability of the mini-program through the System Usability Scale.
