研究目的：

本试验比较了传统袖式包皮环切术与吻合器包皮环切术在多发性阴茎尖锐湿疣患者中的结局。  

Objectives of Study：

This trial compared outcomes of conventional sleeve circumcision and stapler circumcision in patients with multiple penile CA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.免疫缺陷或正在接受免疫抑制治疗; 2.糖尿病患者; 3.怀疑或确诊为阴茎恶性肿瘤; 4.既往有包皮环切手术史; 5.严重包茎（开口 < 20 mm）或系带过短不适合吻合器操作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with immunodeficiency or those undergoing immunosuppressive therapy; 2. Patients with diabetes; 3. Suspected or confirmed penile malignancy; 4. History of circumcision; 5. Severe phimosis (opening < 20 mm) or excessively short frenulum, making stapler operation unsuitable.
