研究目的：

基于健康老龄化理论框架，系统梳理老年情绪障碍的影响因素，明确各因素间的内在关联与作用路径，进而构建一套科学、全面且具有可操作性的老年情绪障碍多维主动干预机制，针对所建构的多维主动干预机制，设计差异化的实证干预方案，解决老年人情绪障碍问题。推动老年情绪障碍干预从 “被动应对” 向 “主动预防” 转变。最终实现提升我国老年护理服务质量、助力健康老龄化战略落地的实践目标。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the theoretical framework of healthy aging, this research systematically identifies the determinants of emotional disturbances in older adults, delineates the intrinsic correlations and functional pathways between these factors, and further develops a scientific, comprehensive, and implementable multi-dimensional proactive intervention system for geriatric emotional disturbances. Targeting the established multi-dimensional proactive intervention system, it formulates differentiated evidence-based intervention protocols to address emotional disturbances in the elderly. This drives the shift in geriatric emotional disturbance intervention from "reactive management" to "proactive prevention," and ultimately accomplishes the practical objectives of enhancing the quality of elderly care services in China and supporting the implementation of the healthy aging strategy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.诊断为严重精神障碍（如精神分裂症、双相障碍等）者；
2.存在严重认知功能障碍（MMSE ≤ 临界值），无法理解或配合研究；
3.合并严重躯体疾病（如晚期肿瘤、严重心脑血管疾病）影响干预参与；
4.在研究期间参加其他心理或药物干预项目者；
5.拒绝或中途退出研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosed with severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder);
2.Have significant cognitive impairment (MMSE score below the cutoff), making it difficult to cooperate with the study;
3.Suffer from severe physical illnesses (e.g., advanced cancer, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases) that affect participation;
4.Participation in other psychological or pharmacological intervention programs during the study period;
5.Refusal to continue or withdrawal from the study;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集： 本研究由经过统一培训的研究人员按照标准操作程序进行数据采集 在干预启动前 1 周内、干预结束时、干预结束后 2 个月和 4 个月四个时间点进行问卷调查和量表测评，内容包括一般人口学信息、情绪状态量表、社会支持量表及生活质量量表等。 所有问卷均由受试者本人独立填写或在研究人员指导下完成 数据管理： 所有数据采用双人独立录入的方式输入 SPSS 数据库，并进行一致性核对。 电子数据存储在加密计算机及密码保护的数据库中，仅限研究团队成员访问 纸质问卷统一编号并存放于锁闭文件柜中 研究过程中严格遵守数据保密要求，确保受试者隐私安全 研究结束后，数据将按规定保存至少五年，用于后续验证与再分析

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected by trained researchers following standardized operating procedures. Assessments were conducted at four time points: within one week before the start of the intervention, at the end of the intervention, two months after the end of the intervention, and four months after the end of the intervention. Questionnaires included demographic information, emotional status scales, social support scale, and quality of life scale. Participants completed the questionnaires independently or under the guidance of trained investigators. Data Management: All data were entered independently by two researchers into an SPSS database and cross-checked for accuracy. Electronic data were stored on password-protected computers and encrypted servers, accessible only to the research team. Paper questionnaires were numbered and securely stored in locked cabinets. The study strictly adhered to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations to protect participant privacy. After study completion, all data will be retained for at least five years for verification and secondary analysis.
