研究目的:

本研究旨在解决口腔临床教学中钙化根管教学资源匮乏的难题。通过CBCT影像与3D打印技术,构建标准化钙化根管三维数字模型库,开发硬度和质感高度仿真的模型牙。让学员在进入临床前通过头模系统进行规范化“开髓-预备-充填”全流程训练,提升其三维判读与显微操作能力,从而有效降低髓底穿孔、器械分离等并发症风险,保障医疗质量与患者安全。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to address the problem of insufficient teaching resources for calcified root canals in oral clinical teaching. By using BCT imaging and 3D printing technology, a standardized 3D digital model library of calcified root canals will be constructed, and model teeth with highly simulated hardness and texture will be developed. This allows trainees to conduct standardized full-process training of "pulp opening - preparation - filling" through a head model system before entering clinical practice, improving their 3D interpretation and microscopic operation abilities. Consequently, it can effectively reduce the risk of complications such as pulp floor perforation and instrument separation, ensuring medical quality and patient safety.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.口内修复体; 2.牙齿畸形或牙列缺损; 3.牙冠缺损>1/2; 4.CBCT图像质量差,存在金属伪影; 5.牙齿存在严重破坏(大面积龋坏、冠折或根折); 6.伴有根尖周大面积病变(直径>5mm); 7.既往接受过根管治疗的牙齿; 8.牙内陷、畸形中央尖等发育异常牙齿; 9.第三磨牙,解剖变异大的牙齿;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Intraoral restorations; 2. Dental deformities or dentition defects; 3. Crown defects > 1/2. 4. Poor-quality CBCT images with metal artifacts; 5. Teeth with severe structural compromise (extensive caries, crown fractures, or root fractures); 6. Teeth associated with large periapical lesions (exceeding 5 mm in diameter); 7. Teeth that have previously undergone root canal treatment; 8. Teeth with developmental anomalies such as dens invaginatus or abnormal cusps; 9. Third molars and teeth with significant anatomical variations;

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

1、病例记录表:使用自定义设计的《数据收集表》,涵盖患者基本信息、CBCT影像编号、钙化分级、牙位等信息。 2、电子数据采集系统 :使用标准化电子表格(如Excel)及SPSS统计软件建立数据库。所有教学评估数据通过结构化的《3D打印钙化根管模型牙体外操作评价表》(Likert量表)进行采集,并双人录入核对,确保数据准确。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

1、Case Report Form : A customized data collection sheet is used. 2、Electronic Data Capture : Standardized software (e.g., Excel & SPSS) is used to create the database. All teaching evaluation data is collected via structured questionnaires and double-entered for accuracy.
