研究目的：

研究将微型胶囊式影像和生物动力分析仪应用于胃肠道动力监测，评估其在胃肠道动力监测的有效性，并借助其能在胃肠道进行长程测压的能力，对消化道动力障碍性疾病进行深入研究。具体从以下四个方面入手研究： （1)微型胶囊式影像和生物动力分析仪在胃肠道压力检测中正常值的建立； （2)微型胶囊式影像和生物动力分析仪与高分辨率食管测压对食管运动功能诊断结果一致性对比； （3)微型胶囊式影像和生物动力分析仪检测功能性消化不良及糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃腔压力特点； （4)慢性便秘患者结肠动力特点。  

Objectives of Study：

The microcapsule image and biodynamic analyzer is applied to monitor the motility of GI tract, in order to evaluate its efficacy. Besides, with its ability of measuring the pressure along the GI tract, it is used to further investigate the GI mobility of functional GI disorders. The study will focus on the followting four parts: (1) The investigational analyzer is used to help establish the normal values of the pressure along the GI tract; (2) The diagnostic results of the esophageal motility are compared between the investigational analyzer and the high resolution esophageal manometry; (3) The investigation analyzer is used to explore the characteristics of gastric pressure among patients with functional dispepsia or diabetic gastroparesis; (4) The investigation analyzer is used to explore the characteristics of colonic motility among chronic constipation.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

一、健康志愿者组
1、各类型器质性疾病；
2、孕妇、精神异常者；
二、食管动力障碍性疾病组
1、患有其他严重器质性病变患者；
2、孕妇、精神异常者；
三、功能性消化不良及慢性便秘组
1、患有器质性病变患者；
2、孕妇、精神异常者；
四、糖尿病胃轻瘫
1、患有其他严重器质性病变患者；
2、孕妇、精神异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. healthy subjects
(1) With any kinds of organic diseases;
(2) Pregnant women, or with mental disorders.
2. subjects with esophageal motility disorders:
(1) With any other kinds of serious organic diseases;
(2) Pregnant women, or with mental disorders.
3. subjects with functional dispepsia or chronic constipation:
(1) With any kinds of organic diseases;
(2) Pregnant women, or with mental disorders.
4. subjects with diabetic gastroparesis:
(1) With any other kinds of serious organic diseases;
(2) Pregnant women, or with mental disorders.
