为场边即刻治疗而研发设计一种新型复合水凝胶材料。该水凝胶以GelMa为基质,搭载磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒和抗菌肽DJK-5,能够有效释放活性成分,通过材料表征寻找最佳材料制备方案,体外研究材料的止血、抗菌作用及对牙髓干细胞分化的影响,最终体内验证复合水凝胶功能,从而实现快速止血、高效抗菌及促进牙髓组织再生,完成“止血一抗菌一保髓”的场边急救治疗。 |

Objectives of Study: |
We aimed to develop a novel composite hydrogel for immediate field-side management of traumatic pulp exposure. The material is built on a GelMA matrix that incorporates magnetic Fe₃O₄ nanoparticles and the antimicrobial peptide DJK-5, enabling on-demand release of active components. After optimizing the formulation through detailed materials characterization, we evaluated hemostatic and antibacterial potency in vitro and assessed the hydrogel’s capacity to promote differentiation of dental-pulp stem cells. Finally, functionality was confirmed in vivo, achieving rapid hemostasis, broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, and enhanced pulp-tissue regeneration—thus delivering a “hemostasis–antibacteria–pulp preservation” emergency treatment directly at the sports venue. |
