研究目的：

本研究旨在探究乳腺癌肺转移过程中，远端肺生态位微生物群落的组成特征及其与生态位结构（如免疫微环境、细胞外基质）的关联性；筛选与肺转移进展相关的特征性微生物标志物，分析其与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系，明确微生物群落调控远端肺生态位促进乳腺癌转移的潜在机制，为揭示微生物在乳腺癌肺转移中的作用及开发预后评估指标提供初步临床依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the compositional characteristics of microbial communities within the distal lung niche during breast cancer metastasis and to elucidate their associations with niche structures such as the immune microenvironment and extracellular matrix. It further seeks to identify characteristic microbial biomarkers related to lung metastasis progression, analyze their correlations with clinicopathological features and patient prognosis, and clarify the potential mechanisms by which microbial communities regulate the distal lung niche to promote breast cancer metastasis. The findings are expected to provide preliminary clinical evidence for unveiling the role of microbiota in breast cancer lung metastasis and for developing prognostic evaluation indicators.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他原发性恶性肿瘤或严重自身免疫性疾病（如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎）；
2.存在严重肝肾功能不全（ALT/AST＞3 倍正常值上限，肌酐＞1.5 倍正常值上限）或心肺功能衰竭（NYHA 心功能分级≥Ⅲ 级）；
3.有过敏体质和已知或怀疑对研究使用药物过敏的患者；
4.处于妊娠期或哺乳期女性，或存在精神疾病、认知障碍等无法配合试验执行的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Concomitant primary malignancies other than breast cancer, or severe autoimmune diseases (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis). 2.Severe hepatic or renal impairment (ALT/AST >3× upper limit of normal, creatinine >1.5× upper limit of normal) or cardiac/pulmonary failure (NYHA functional class >=III); 3.History of atopy or known/suspected allergy to study-related agents; 4.Pregnancy or lactation, or the presence of psychiatric illness, cognitive impairment, or other conditions that preclude compliance with study procedures;
