研究目的：

肩袖损伤是中老年人高发的肩关节疾病，关节镜下肩袖修补术后易出现粘连、功能障碍等问题，现有康复手段对术后僵硬的疗效有限，且肩袖修复领域防粘连剂的应用研究不足，缺乏规范的给药方式、剂量标准及长期疗效评估体系。本研究拟采用前瞻性随机对照设计，探讨关节镜下肩袖修补术后关节腔注射防粘连剂对预防肩关节粘连、促进功能康复的效果。

Objectives of Study：

Rotator cuff injury is a common shoulder joint disease with a high incidence in middle-aged and elderly people. After arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, problems such as adhesion and dysfunction are prone to occur. Existing rehabilitation methods have limited efficacy in treating postoperative stiffness, and research on the application of anti-adhesive agents in the field of rotator cuff repair is insufficient, lacking standardized administration methods, dosage standards, and long-term efficacy evaluation systems. This study intends to adopt a prospective randomized controlled design to explore the effect of intra-articular injection of anti-adhesive agents after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair on preventing shoulder joint adhesion and promoting functional rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 同一侧曾进行过肩袖修复手术、单纯肩胛下肌或冈下肌撕裂，或接受过开放性肩袖修复手术； 2. 存在中至重度的盂肱关节退行性关节炎改变； 3. 有类风湿关节炎或感染性关节炎病史； 4. 不可修复性巨大型肩袖撕裂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. On the same side, there has been rotator cuff repair surgery, a simple subscapular or infraspinatus muscle tear, or an open rotator cuff repair surgery. 2. There are moderate to severe degenerative arthritis changes in the glenohumeral joint. 3. Has a history of rheumatoid arthritis or infectious arthritis; 4. Irreparable huge rotator cuff tear.
