编制适用于主动脉夹层患者的专科性出院准备度量表，弥补现有普适性出院准备度量表对主动脉夹层患者针对性的不足。  

Objectives of Study：

The development of a specialised discharge readiness assessment tool tailored for patients with aortic dissection is imperative to address the limitations of existing universal discharge readiness scales in meeting the specific needs of this patient population.

1. 有精神疾病史; 2. 伴有严重并发症不能配合者
