研究目的：

1、证明心肺耦合CPC-复杂度测评分析通过采集心电信号获得人体植物神经系统对内外环境改变所产生的映射结果，进而监测夹层患者的疾病状况，为主动脉夹层患者进行早诊断和急诊危险评估 2、证明心肺耦合CPC-复杂度测评分析与APACHE II评分及SOFA 评分的敏感性与特异性相近  

Objectives of Study：

It is proved that the cardiopulmonary coupling CPC-complexity evaluation analysis obtains the mapping results of the 1. internal and external environmental changes of the human autonomic nervous system by collecting ECG signals, and then monitors the disease status of the dissection patients, and conducts early diagnosis and emergency risk assessment of patients with aortic dissection. 2. It is proved that the cardiopulmonary coupling CPC-complexity analysis is similar to the sensitivity and specificity of APACHE II score and SOFA score.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①胸背部畸形者（包括外观及器质性）。
②起搏患者。
③心电信号质量不达标者。
④慢性消耗性疾病的终末状态。
⑤持续昏迷患者
⑥孕妇或哺乳妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chest and back deformities (including appearance and organicity);
2. Pacing patient;
3. ECG signal quality is not up to standard;
4. End state of chronic wasting disease;
5. Sustained coma.
