研究目的: |
研制出具有自主知识产权、集动态生理监测、无创生化传感与反馈式给药于一体的柔性超声智能穿戴系统,攻克汗糖/超声传感与超声促渗无创给药协同工作机制,实现“监测-给药”闭环响应,并构建基于多源数据融合的GDM个性化管理智能算法模型。通过临床前验证,为实现GDM的闭环、无创、个性化管理提供全新的技术解决方案和理论支撑。预期将孕妇依从性提升至80%以上,给药滞后缩短至5分钟,血糖达标率提高至70%,显著降低巨大儿、早产等并发症风险。 (1)器件设计与集成:成功设计并制备出多功能集成的柔性可穿戴超声贴片原型机。集成8通道柔性超声传感阵列(中心频率1-3MHz)用于检测血压、电化学传感单元用于连续汗液葡萄糖检测(检测限<10 μM,线性范围1-30 mM)、以及超声贴片用于可控胰岛素经皮递送。 (2)多模态协同工作:实现器件内部超声、传感、给药模块的协同工作与串扰抑制。在进行传感与胰岛素递送的同时,汗液葡萄糖传感信号的误差率<10%。建立超声-电协同作用下胰岛素经皮递送的剂量-参数调控曲线,实现递送速率在0.1-5 U/h范围内可调。 (3)系统验证与评估目标:完成实验室环境下的小型可行性临床研究。招募不少于10名GDM志愿者,进行短期(24小时)佩戴测试,初步验证系统的安全性、舒适性、信号稳定性以及算法模型在真实场景下的有效性,形成一份详细的技术可行性与临床应用潜力评估报告。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Developed a flexible ultrasonic intelligent wearable system with independent intellectual property rights, integrating dynamic physiological monitoring, non-invasive biochemical sensing, and feedback-based drug delivery. Overcame the synergistic working mechanism of sweat glucose/ultrasonic sensing and ultrasonic-enhanced transdermal drug delivery, achieving a closed-loop "monitoring-drug delivery" response, and established a personalized GDM management intelligent algorithm model based on multi-source data fusion. Through preclinical validation, it provides a novel technical solution and theoretical support for achieving closed-loop, non-invasive, and personalized management of GDM. Expected to increase maternal compliance to over 80%, reduce drug delivery lag time to 5 minutes, improve blood glucose to 70%, and significantly reduce the risk of complications such as macrosomia and premature delivery. (1) Device Design and Integration: Successfully designed and fabricated a prototype of a multifunctional integrated flexible wearable ultrasonic patch.
