Objectives of Study: |
It provides an effective cognitive rehabilitation method for post-stroke cognitive impairment patients, supplements traditional cognitive rehabilitation training, shortens the rehabilitation process, saves hospitalization expenses, and enables patients to return to their families or society as soon as possible. Through the discussion of its mechanism of action, improve the understanding of post-stroke cognitive impairment. |

本课题将基于PASS的计算机辅助认知评估与训练系统应用于卒中后认知障碍患者,通过洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定量表(Lowenstein Occupational therapy cognitive assessment, LOTCA)来评估其疗效,并在此基础上,通过高时间分辨率的事件相关电位(event-related potential,ERP)技术初步探讨基于PASS的计算机辅助认知评估与训练系统干预卒中后认知障碍的神经机制。 |

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail: |
This study applies the PASS-based computer-aided cognitive assessment and training system to patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment, and evaluates the efficacy by the Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment (LOTCA). On this basis, the neural mechanism of PASS-based computer-aided cognitive assessment and training system to interfere with cognitive impairment after stroke was preliminarily studied by high-time-resolution event-related potential (ERP) technology. |

排除标准: |
合并其它精神疾病及严重神经系统疾病;脑卒中前或其他原因所致的认知障碍;合并其它严重的心、肺 、肾功能不全,严重的肝功能和恶性肿瘤等;严重视力、听力及语言障碍,妨碍认知评定;不能配合检查以及康复训练;患者或其家属拒绝签署知情同意书。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
combined with other mental illnesses and severe neurological diseases; cognitive impairment caused by pre-stroke or other causes; combined with other serious heart, lung, renal insufficiency, severe liver function and malignancy Tumors, etc.; severe vision, hearing and speech disorders, impeding cognitive assessment; unable to cooperate with examinations and rehabilitation training; patients or their families refuse to sign informed consent. |
