研究目的：

本研究旨在探究氧驱动气道湿化技术联合鼓漱咽津运动对老年胃癌术后患者口渴症状缓解及恢复质量提升上的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effect of oxygen-driven airway humidification technology combined with gargling and throat flushing exercises on the relief of thirst symptoms and the improvement of recovery quality in elderly patients after gastric cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术后直接转入病房或ICU者； 2.不能遵循指令性动作； 3.口腔疾患、嘴唇破裂等禁忌干预者； 4.牙齿松动或张口困难（门齿距<1.0 cm）； 5.入院前存在干燥综合征、血液透析及长期服用抑制唾液分泌药物的患者； 6.伴糖尿病、心力衰竭等可能引起口渴症状的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who are directly transferred to the ward or ICU after the operation; 2.Unable to follow directive actions; 3.Those who are contraindicated for intervention due to oral disorders, cracked lips, etc; 4.Loose teeth or difficulty opening the mouth (incisors spacing <1.0 cm); 5.Patients with Sjogren's syndrome, hemodialysis, and long-term use of salivary secretion inhibitors before admission; 6.Patients with symptoms such as diabetes and heart failure that may cause thirst.

由1名不参与患者招募、干预及结局评价的独立研究人员，使用SPSS 26.0软件生成随机分配序列。采用区组随机化方法，区组长度设置为4和6，按1：1的比例将受试者分配至试验组或对照组。

One independent researcher who was not involved in patient recruitment, intervention and outcome evaluation generated the randomly assigned sequence using SPSS 26.0 software. The block randomization method was adopted, with the block lengths set at 4 and 6. The subjects were assigned to the experimental group or the control group in a 1:1 ratio.
