Based on the biopsychosocial model, this study explores the changing trends and influencing factors of childbirth fear in primiparous women during early, mid, and late pregnancy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究数据将由经过统一培训的研究人员按照标准化流程进行采集。研究对象在产前常规随访期间，于指定孕期阶段完成结构式问卷调查。问卷内容包括一般人口学特征、孕产史信息以及与分娩恐惧相关的心理学量表。所有量表均为已验证的工具，具有良好的信度和效度。研究人员将现场指导研究对象填写问卷，并对填写内容进行初步核查，以减少漏填和逻辑错误。部分临床和孕产相关信息将通过电子病历系统提取，并与问卷数据进行匹配。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data for this study will be collected by uniformly trained researchers following standardized procedures. Participants will complete a structured questionnaire during designated gestational stages during routine prenatal follow-up. The questionnaire includes general demographic characteristics, obstetric and maternal history information, and psychological scales related to fear of childbirth. All scales are validated tools with good reliability and validity. Researchers will provide on-site guidance to participants in completing the questionnaire and conduct preliminary checks to minimize omissions and logical errors. Some clinical and obstetric-related information will be extracted from the electronic medical record system and matched with the questionnaire data.
