研究目的：

评估联合灌注指数变化率（ΔPI%）与心率变化率（ΔHR%）对高海拔地区择期剖宫产产妇腰麻后低血压的早期预测价值，并确定其最佳预警阈值。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the early prediction value of the change rate of combined perfusion index (ΔPI%) and heart rate change rate (ΔHR%) for hypotension after spinal anesthesia in postpartum women undergoing elective cesarean section at high altitude, and determine its optimal warning threshold.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 椎管内麻醉绝对或相对禁忌症（如凝血功能障碍、穿刺部位感染、严重脊柱畸形、颅内压增高）。 2.妊娠期高血压疾病、子痫前期、子痫。 3.已知严重心血管或呼吸系统疾病（如心功能III-IV级、严重心律失常、中度以上肺动脉高压、控制不佳的哮喘）。 4.术前存在未控制的高血压（SBP > 160 mmHg）或低血压（SBP < 90 mmHg）。 5.长期服用可能影响心率和血管张力的药物（如β受体阻滞剂、钙通道阻滞剂）。 6.急诊手术、多胎妊娠、疑似巨大儿或胎盘异常。 7.研究者判断存在其他不适合参与本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Absolute or relative contraindications to intrathecal anaesthesia (e.g. coagulation disorders, puncture site infection, severe spinal deformity, increased intracranial pressure). 2. hypertensive disorders during pregnancy, pre-eclampsia, eclampsia. 3. Known severe cardiovascular or respiratory diseases (e.g. cardiac function class III-IV, severe arrhythmia, moderate or higher pulmonary hypertension, poorly controlled asthma). 4. Preoperative uncontrolled hypertension (SBP > 160 mmHg) or hypotension (SBP < 90 mmHg). 5. Long-term use of medications that may affect heart rate and vascular tone (e.g., beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers). 6. Emergency surgery, multiple pregnancies, suspected macrosomia or placental abnormalities. 7. Other conditions that, in the judgement of the investigator, make participation in this study inappropriate.
