观察角膜屈光手术前后视网膜周边不同部位离焦状态的变化及其与视觉质量之间的关系，为个性化角膜屈光手术方案优化提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe changes in peripheral retinal defocus at different regions before and after corneal refractive surgery and analyze their association with visual quality, providing evidence for optimizing personalized refractive surgical planning.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.角膜屈光手术禁忌证者; 2.不能按时回访或不能满足纳入条件的任意一条。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of contraindications to corneal refractive surgery; 2. Inability to attend scheduled follow-up visits on time, or failure to meet any of the inclusion criteria.
