研究目的：

脊柱和关节感染在临床上是一种少见的疾病，但由于其疾病病情发展迅速，致残率较高，因其临床症状不具有特异性，误诊率较高，为患者及家庭带来了较大的负担，因此针对骨感染性疾病的早期诊断和相关风险因素分析，探索针对骨感染的快速诊断流程和干预流程，对于缓解骨感染引起的疼痛等相关症状及其致残风险具有重要的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Spinal and joint infections are rare clinical conditions, but due to their rapid progression and high disability rates, coupled with non-specific clinical symptoms and frequent misdiagnosis, they impose a significant burden on patients and their families. This study aims to investigate early diagnosis and relevant risk factors for bone infectious diseases, exploring rapid diagnostic and intervention protocols for bone infections.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

肿瘤患者；风湿性疾病患者（包括强直性脊柱炎、类风湿关节炎、风湿性多肌痛、结缔组织疾病、银屑病关节炎等）；急性期胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者；病理性骨折患者；无脊柱及关节核磁共振检查患者.

Exclusion criteria：

Tumor patients; rheumatic disease patients (including ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, connective tissue diseases, psoriatic arthritis, etc.); patients with acute-phase thoracolumbar compression fractures; pathological fracture patients; patients without spinal and joint MRI.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为回顾性观察性研究，研究数据来源于医院电子病历系统、实验室检查系统及影像学检查系统。根据研究方案制定统一的数据提取规范，由两名研究者独立从既往病历资料中提取人口学信息、基线特征、诊疗措施、疗效及安全性相关数据。提取完成后进行交叉核对，对缺失值及异常数据进行溯源核查并记录。所有数据均进行匿名化处理，严格保护受试者隐私。整理后的数据存储于加密计算机，仅授权研究人员访问，最终形成标准化数据库用于统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This is a retrospective observational study. Data were collected from the hospital electronic medical record system, laboratory information system and radiology system. According to the study protocol, a unified data extraction form was established. Two researchers independently extracted demographic data, baseline characteristics, interventions, efficacy and safety outcomes from existing medical records. Cross-checking was performed after data extraction, and missing or abnormal data were traced, verified and documented. All data were anonymized to protect participant privacy. The cleaned data were stored in an encrypted computer with access limited to authorized researchers, and a standardized database was constructed for subsequent statistical analysis.
