Objectives of Study：

To assess the effectiveness and safety of platelet-rich plasma for the healing of ulcers after esophageal endoscopic submucosal dissection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重心、脑、肺、肝、肾等脏器功能不全者； 2.有多个病灶需行ESD术； 3.有胸部或腹部手术史者； 4.术前有明确感染病史，如肺炎、上呼吸道感染、泌尿系统感染等； 5.妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 6.有凝血功能严重障碍者； 7.有PRP使用禁忌者：（1）血小板功能障碍综合征；（2）重度血小板减少症；（3）血流动力学不稳定；（4）败血症；（5）局部感染; 8.研究者认为有任何原因不能入选者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe organ dysfunction affecting the heart, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, or other vital organs; 2. Patients requiring ESD for multiple lesions; 3. Patients with a history of thoracic or abdominal surgery; 4. Patients with a confirmed history of infection prior to surgery, such as pneumonia, upper respiratory tract infection, or urinary tract infection; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. Patients with severe coagulation disorders; 7. Contraindications for PRP use: (1) platelet dysfunction syndrome; (2) severe thrombocytopenia; (3) haemodynamic instability; (4) sepsis; (5) localised infection; 8. Any other reason deemed ineligible by the investigator.

本研究由生物统计专业人员采用固定区组长度的随机化方法生成随机分配序列，按照1:1比例将入选的受试者随机分配为两组。实际操作时采用基于手机的“金陵鼠”微信小程序来实现两种处理方法的随机分配。当受试者签署了知情同意书，经筛选符合试验入组条件的受试者需要随机时，由赋予权限的研究者在手机客户端输入患者相关信息，并经指定的随机管理员核准确认后，分配组别即刻反馈到手机上，研究者则根据随机分配的组别对患者实施相应治疗。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The randomization sequence was generated by a biostatistician using a fixed-block design. Eligible participants were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to the two groups. Allocation was implemented through a dedicated mobile application ("Jinling Shu") within the WeChat platform. After providing informed consent and confirming eligibility, an authorized researcher entered the participant’s information into the application. A designated randomization manager then verified and confirmed the entry. The assigned group was immediately displayed on the researcher’s device, and the corresponding treatment was administered accordingly.
