研究目的：

1.评估分析基于高级影像检查指导的转移灶靶点治疗对寡转移前列腺癌的疗效。 2.分析影响寡转移前列腺癌的预后因素，为晚期前列腺癌个体化精准治疗方案的制定提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate and analyze the efficacy of metastasis-directed therapy guided by advanced imaging in oligometastatic prostate cancer. 2. Analyze prognostic factors influencing oligometastatic prostate cancer to provide data support for the development of individualized precision treatment strategies in advanced prostate cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者经传统影像（全身骨扫描、CT）发现寡转移。 2.伴有内脏转移。 3.数据严重缺失的患者。 4.仅接受姑息性放疗未覆盖所有活性转移灶的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient was found to have oligometastases through conventional imaging modalities (whole-body bone scan, CT). 2. Accompanied by visceral metastases. 3. Patients with severe data deficiency. 4. Patients who received palliative radiotherapy, which did not encompass all active metastatic lesions.
