研究目的：

主要目的：探索脑电特征替代侧方扩散反应检测诊断面肌痉挛的可能性 次要目的：探索脑电特征与术后疗效的相关性,筛选出与疗效显著相关的脑电生物标记；基于筛选的脑电特征指标,构建和优化手术疗效预测模型,提 高预测准确性；评估预测模型在临床决策支持中的应用价值,为个体化诊疗 策略的制定提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To explore the potential of EEG features as an alternative to lateral diffusion response testing for diagnosing hemifacial spasm Secondary Objectives: Investigate the correlation between EEG features and postoperative efficacy to identify EEG biomarkers significantly associated with treatment outcomes; Develop and optimize a surgical efficacy prediction model based on selected EEG features to enhance predictive accuracy; Evaluate the clinical decision support value of the prediction model to inform personalized treatment strategies.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有其他严重神经系统疾病（如癫痫、脑卒中、帕金森等） 2.有脑部器质性病变（如脑部肿瘤、血管畸形或其他严重器质性病变） 3.患有严重的精神疾病（如重度抑郁症、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症等） 4.妊娠期或哺乳期的妇女 无法理解或拒绝签署知情同意书，或不愿遵循研究流程的患者 5.研究者判断不适合参加临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other severe neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson's disease) 2.Organic brain lesions (e.g., brain tumors, vascular malformations, or other severe organic lesions) 3.Severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.) 4.Pregnant or lactating women Patients unable to comprehend or refusing to sign the informed consent form, or unwilling to comply with the study protocol 5.Individuals deemed unsuitable for the clinical trial by the investigator
