研究目的：

本研究的主要目的为探讨稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者呼吸双相CT的肺纹理特征与肺功能的相关性： 1．初步探讨基于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的呼吸双相低剂量胸部CT的肺纹理影像组学特征分析； 2．探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者影像组学特征与肺功能检查的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between lung texture features and lung function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) on respiratory biphasic CT: 1. Preliminary analysis of lung texture imaging omics features based on respiratory biphasic low-dose chest CT of COPD patients; 2. Explore the correlation between radiomics features and pulmonary function tests in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 胸廓畸形或肺部术后者； 2. 肺部有炎症或感染者； 3. 合并有其他影响肺功能的并发症者，如哮喘，支扩，肺结核等； 4. 既往有胸部手术史者； 5. 神志不清，配合不好者； 6. 临床资料及CT图像资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chest malformation or lung surgery, the latter; 2. Individuals with inflammation or infection in the lungs; 3. Combine patients with other complications that affect lung function, such as asthma, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, etc; 4. Individuals with a history of breast surgery; 5. Those who are confused and uncooperative; 6. Patients with incomplete clinical and CT imaging data.
