研究目的：

项目拟揭示保定地区儿童CA-MRSA的主要流行株、耐药基因与毒力因子特征，为临床提供精准用药依据，并为制定区域化防控策略提供科学数据支持。项目研究结果将填补该地区儿童CA-MRSA研究的空白，对降低儿童感染率、推动区域内儿童感染性疾病防控具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The project aims to reveal the main circulating strains, drug-resistant genes, and virulence factors of CA-MRSA among children in the Baoding region. This will provide precise evidence for clinical treatment and support the development of region-specific prevention and control strategies. The findings of the project will fill the gap in research on CA-MRSA among children in this region, which is of great significance in reducing child infection rates and promoting the prevention and control of infectious diseases among children within the region.

本研究通过标准化病例记录表采集患儿年龄、性别、临床诊断等临床资料，收集分离的金黄色葡萄球菌菌株并于-70℃保存，同步记录药敏实验、DNA提取浓度、全基因组测序等实验数据，采用电子数据采集系统（EDC）集中管理所有数据，设置权限并定期备份，确保数据完整、准确、安全。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study collected clinical data on the age, gender, and clinical diagnoses of the patients using a standardized case report form (CRF). Isolated strains of Staphylococcus aureus were collected and stored at –70°C. Simultaneously, experimental data such as drug sensitivity tests, DNA extraction concentrations, and whole-genome sequencing were recorded. All data were centrally managed using an electronic data capture system (EDC), with access permissions and regular backups implemented to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
