研究目的：

本研究基于随机截距交叉滞后模型（RI-CLPM），识别卒中患者康复过程中行为活化与卒中后抑郁的纵向变化轨迹，并揭示二者在个体内水平的动态时间因果关系，为在卒中抑郁症状管理中精准实施行为活化干预提供理论与实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Using the random intercept cross-lagged model (RI-LPM), this study characterized the longitudinal change trajectories of behavioral activation and post-stroke depression among stroke survivors over the rehabilitation course, and elucidated the dynamic temporal causal associations between these two constructs at the within-individual level, laying a theoretical and empirical foundation for the precise delivery of behavioral activation-based interventions for post-stroke depressive symptoms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重失语或沟通障碍 2.有认知缺陷（简短智力测验（AMT）评分<7） 3。有明显伴随抑郁症状的医学合并症，如恶性肿瘤和肾衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe aphasia or communication disorder; 2.Cognitive impairment (AMT score < 7); 3.Severe medical comorbidities with prominent concurrent depressive symptoms, such as malignant tumor and renal failure.
