研究目的：

通过项目研究来发现及确定黄芪四逆汤对重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床疗效及症状改善情况。帮助患者减少急性加重的频次和症状严重程度，提高其生活质量，降低经济支出。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the investigation to find and determine that the clinical curative effect and symptom improvement of Huangqi Sini decoction in the treatment of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).To help patients reduce the frequency and severity of acute exacerbation, improve their quality of life, and reduce economic costs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.辨证为阴虚体质的患者;
2.有相关中药过敏史；
3.需持续气管插管呼吸机辅助呼吸的重症患者；合并重症肺间ave质纤维化、活动性肺结核、肺癌；
4.患有严重的肺外脏器功能衰竭：如肝、肾功能衰竭；合并严重神经系统、消化系统、泌尿系统、造血系统等严重原发性疾病，以及患有精神病者；
5.入组前一个月内使用过调补肺肾类中药或其他调节免疫类的药物；
6.家属拒绝相关治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Syndrome differentiation for yin deficiency of the body;
2. With a history of allergy to traditional Chinese medicine;
3.Severe patients requiring continuous tracheal intubation ventilator assisted breathing; severe pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, active pulmonary tuberculosis, lung cancer;
4. Severe extrapulmonary organ failure: liver and kidney failuresevere primary diseases such as nervous system, digestive system, urinary system,hematopoietic system, and psychosis;
5.One month before entering the group, the use of over-regulation of lung and kidney herbs or other immunomodulating drugs;
6. Family members refuse treatment.
