研究目的：

本研究回顾性调查胃癌化疗患者肺部感染相关危险因素，建立5种基于机器学习算法的胃癌化疗患者肺部感染风险预测模型，通过内部验证比较模型性能，选择最优模型进行前瞻性时间外部验证。旨在提供一个高效准确的预测工具，帮助临床医护人员早期筛查胃癌化疗患者并发肺部感染的高危人群，及时采取防控措施，降低肺部感染发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study conducted a retrospective investigation on the risk factors associated with pulmonary infections in patients undergoing chemotherapy for gastric cancer, and established five lung infection risk prediction models based on machine learning algorithms. The performance of the models was compared through internal validation, and the optimal model was selected for prospective time external validation. The aim was to provide an efficient and accurate prediction tool to assist clinical medical staff in early screening of high-risk individuals with concurrent pulmonary infections in patients undergoing gastric cancer chemotherapy, and to promptly implement prevention and control measures to reduce the incidence of pulmonary infections.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.化疗前已发生肺部感染或其他感染性并发症； 2.多脏器功能衰竭、免疫功能缺陷性疾病和血液系统疾病者。 3.临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pulmonary infection or other infectious complications occurred before chemotherapy; 2. Patients with multiple organ failure, immunodeficiency diseases and hematological disorders; 3. Incomplete clinical data.
