研究目的：

1.通过前瞻性随机对照非劣效性试验，验证口服模拟管饲法在中度重症急性胰腺炎（MSAP）患者中的营养支持非劣效性，并证明其在缩短住院时间及改善卫生经济学指标（人均住院费用降低≥20%）上的综合优势。 2.建立针对MSAP患者的无创EN标准化方案：剂量-频次优化模型（基于“小剂量高频次”原则，每小时12.5g短肽制剂+50ml温水，渐进递增）。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Through a prospective randomized controlled non-inferiority trial, verify the non-inferiority of oral simulated tube feeding method in nutritional support for patients with moderate severe acute pancreatitis (MSAP), and prove its comprehensive advantages in shortening hospital stay and improving health economics indicators (reducing average hospitalization cost by ≥20%). 2. Establish an non-invasive EN standardization protocol for MSAP patients: dose-frequency optimization model (based on the "low dose and high frequency" principle, 12.5g short peptide preparation + 50ml warm water per hour, gradually increasing).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的心、肝、肺、肾、血液、内分泌、神经系统疾病、精神障碍患者，呼吸道、消化道、泌尿系等部位严重感染； 2.孕妇、哺乳期妇女； 3.无法耐受肠内营养，出现不良并发症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe diseases of the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, blood system, endocrine system, or nervous system, as well as those with mental disorders; patients with severe infections in sites such as the respiratory tract, digestive tract, or urinary system. 2.Pregnant women and lactating women. 3.Patients who cannot tolerate enteral nutrition (EN) and develop adverse complications.
