结合模拟高温、高湿环境中的不同竞技体育运动形式,通过多模态监测与精准干预体系,优化高温高湿环境下运动员的竞技表现与安全性。研究拟整合肠道活动等生理生化指标、行为学实验及神经成像技术,系统解析恒定负荷与高强度间歇运动在极端环境下的响应特征,并构建具备高可解释性与时间窗前瞻性的热应激动态预警模型。提出有利于运动表现提升并保障健康的新训练方法,同时在此基础上分析物理降温、精准补液及无创神经调控等不同干预方法对运动员状态维持和健康保障的有效性,为极端环境下的比赛准备提供科学、安全且高效的保障策略。  

Objectives of Study:

Integrating various competitive sports forms within simulated hot and humid environments, this study aims to optimize the competitive performance and safety of athletes through a multimodal monitoring and precision intervention system. The research proposes to integrate physiological and biochemical indicators (such as gastrointestinal activity), behavioral experiments, and neuroimaging techniques to systematically elucidate the response characteristics of constant-load and high-intensity interval exercise under extreme thermal stress. Furthermore, it will construct a dynamic heat stress early-warning model characterized by high interpretability and proactive time-window forecasting. Based on these findings, the study will propose novel training methodologies designed to enhance performance while safeguarding health. Simultaneously, it will evaluate the efficacy of diverse interventions—specifically physical cooling, precise rehydration, and non-invasive neuromodulation—in maintaining athlete status and ensuring health protection, ultimately providing scientific, safe, and efficient support strategies for competition preparation in extreme environments.

设置高温高湿(如,温度≥35℃,湿度≥70%);高温干燥(如,温度同高温高湿,湿度=40%);常温干燥(如,温度=23℃,湿度=40%或训练基地室内环境),在3天里分别在不同环境中执行结合运动项目特点的运动任务。在运动前后或运动过程中完成热应激评估、中枢与外周指标测试。两个环境之间至少间隔48小时,环境顺序以运动队为单位随机。

Participants will execute sport-specific exercise tasks in three distinct environmental settings: Hot-Humid (e.g. T ≥35°C, RH ≥70%), Hot-Dry (e.g. T ≥35°C, RH = 40%), and Control/Neutral (e.g. T = 23°C, RH = 40% or ambient indoor conditions). The experimental protocol spans three separate testing days. Comprehensive evaluations, including heat stress assessments and monitoring of central and peripheral indices, are scheduled at pre-, mid-, and post-exercise intervals. To minimize carry-over effects, a minimum interval of 48 hours is required between trials, with the treatment order randomized by athletic team.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据采集部分结合上海市竞技体育运动员专属数据库进行数字化留存,本研究增设的指标由科研人员采集保存。数据管理由专人负责,问卷原件封存于体育训练基地内实验室的专门空间;数字化数据留存不少于2份物理介质备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data collection is integrated into the Shanghai Elite Athlete Proprietary Database for digital preservation, while additional indices specific to this study are recorded and maintained by the research team. Data management is overseen by designated personnel. Original paper questionnaires are sealed and stored in a dedicated laboratory space within the sports training base, with digital records backed up on at least two separate physical media.
