研究目的：

本研究项目旨在①通过凝练、总结本中心单孔胸腔镜肺叶/亚肺叶切除术治疗I期及其之前阶段的早期非小细胞肺癌在患者术前精准诊断及分期评估、病灶精准定位、术中精准操作、术后个体化精准管理等方面的经验，依托上海市肺科医院胸外科肺癌数据库支撑，形成一份适合我国广大基层医疗机构的单孔胸腔镜肺叶/亚肺叶切除术治疗非小细胞肺癌的标准化操作流程（包括适应患者纳入方式、临床路径设计、手术操作、可能并发症的处理方式、术后管理等）；②总结自身在开展单孔胸腔镜手术过程中的学习及教学经验，运用互联网多媒体技术与动物实验、实际操作相结合的培训方式，探索一种适合我国广大基层医师（普通二、三级医院）的单孔胸腔镜技术培训方案；③进一步自我创新，开发一系列更适合于单孔胸腔镜手术操作的专业手术器械，便于单孔胸腔手术期间的各项操作。从而促进单孔胸腔镜技术在我国的全面开展，惠及更多的早期肺癌患者。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of Uniportal VATS lobectomy vs. sub-lobe procedures on outcome for non-small cell lung cancer; 2. Summarise the Experience of Uniportal VATS lobectomy and sub-lobe procedures,and Explore a Training Program of Uniportal VATS lobectomy and sub-lobe procedures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.多发性结节；
2.结节最大直径≥2cm；
3.同侧开胸史；
4.化疗放疗史；
5.不宜手术；

Exclusion criteria：

1. multiple GGNs;
2. the maximum tumour diameter is ≥2 cm;
3. a history of thoracotomy on the same side;
4. a history of chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy;
5. lobectomy not feasible.

平衡随机方法：以EXCEL随机函数（RAND）生成约160个随机数，均乘以2后再以EXCEL简单取整函数（INT）取整，得0或1的随机数各约80个。参试患者顺序取随机数，为1者入试验组，为0者入对照组。
