分析心脏术后AKI的危险因素和预后因素的基础上，建立智能动态化预测系统，旨在进一步提高危重AKI早期诊断能力  

Objectives of Study：

Establish the dynamic intelligent predictor system based on the analysis of risk factors of AKI and adverse outcomes. In order to improve the early diagnosis of severe AKI.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1．术前存在CKD5期的维持性血液透析或腹膜透析患者；
2．肾移植术后患者；
3．正参加其它临床研究者；
4. 因各种原因早期退出或中断试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. maintenance hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis patients with CKD 5;
2. received renal transplantation;
3. participanted other clinical trials;
4. withdraw or discontinue the project of any reasons.
