研究目的：

1.主要目的：探索基于损伤分级的阶梯式规范干预对急性踝扭伤患者发展为慢性踝关节不稳的影响程度; 2.次要目的： （1）评估不同损伤分级下干预策略对踝关节功能恢复的短期与长期影响; （2） 探索康复治疗与长期制动的协同效应或潜在风险; （3）探讨不同制动时长对踝关节结构功能恢复的影响; （4）建立基于损伤严重程度的个性化治疗策略，以供临床指导.  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: To explore the impact of a stepwise standardized intervention based on injury grading on the development of chronic ankle instability in patients with acute ankle sprains; 2. Secondary Objectives: (1) To assess the short-term and long-term effects of intervention strategies on ankle joint functional recovery under different injury grades; (2) To explore the synergistic effects or potential risks of rehabilitation therapy combined with long-term immobilization; (3) To investigate the impact of different immobilization durations on the structural and functional recovery of the ankle joint; (4) To establish personalized treatment strategies based on the severity of injury for clinical guidance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有踝关节手术史、外伤史; 2.患有神经系统疾病、类风湿性关节炎、糖尿病等可能影响下肢运动的疾病; 3.伴有深静脉血栓或其他循环障碍的病史; 4.同时参与其他可能影响踝关节功能的研究; 5.伴有失聪、重度语言障碍等不能配合检查者; 6.体内有金属植入物或存在其他MRI检查禁忌症.

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of ankle surgery or trauma; 2. Suffering from neurological diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, or other conditions that may affect lower limb movement; 3. History of deep vein thrombosis or other circulatory disorders; 4. Participation in other studies that may affect ankle joint function; 5. Individuals with deafness, severe speech disorders, or other conditions preventing cooperation with examinations; 6. Presence of metal implants or other contraindications for MRI.
