研究目的：

对比分析胰腺癌伴梗阻性黄疸胆道支架置入患者，胆道金属支架及塑料支架置入后再发胆道梗阻发生率、临床成功率、并发症发生率、再次内镜干预率以综合评估不同材料支架的临床疗效，旨在为临床选择提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

A comparative analysis was conducted on patients with pancreatic cancer complicated by obstructive jaundice who underwent biliary stent placement. The study evaluated the incidence of recurrent biliary obstruction, clinical success rate, complication rate, and rate of repeat endoscopic intervention following the placement of biliary metal stents versus plastic stents. The aim was to comprehensively assess the clinical efficacy of stents made from different materials and provide a reference for clinical decision-making.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.胰腺术后患者； 2.因十二指肠狭窄或其它原因引起十二指肠镜无法到达十二指肠导致ERCP失败者； 3.既往胆道手术者（胆道支架置入术后或PTCD术后）； 4.同时放置胆道金属支架及胆道塑料支架者； 5.重要临床资料缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have undergone pancreatic surgery; 2. Patients in whom ERCP failed due to duodenal stenosis or other reasons preventing the duodenoscope from reaching the duodenum; 3. Patients with a history of biliary surgery (post-biliary stent placement or post-PTCD); 4. Patients who received both biliary metal stents and biliary plastic stents simultaneously; 5. Patients with missing key clinical data.
