研究目的：

本研究旨在通过多模态磁共振成像技术，采用最新的脑影像指标，全面系统的研究HZ患者神经疼痛慢性化的神经机制。主要包括以下三个研究目标： 1.充分利用MRI数据中包含的脑结构，脑功能静态和动态信息，明确HZ患者和PHN患者的脑影像改变模式。 2.通过PHN患者的纵向多模态核磁脑影像数据，揭示影响PHN病程发展的关键脑机制。 3.结合临床评估的标准化量表，构建有效的PHN预测模型，为PHN的临床精准化治疗提供客观有效的生物指标。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to comprehensively and systematically investigate the neural mechanisms underlying the chronicization of neuralgia in patients with herpes zoster (HZ) through multimodal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques and the latest brain imaging measurements. The study mainly includes the following three research objectives: 1. Fully utilize the brain structure, static and dynamic brain function information contained in the MRI data to clarify the brain imaging alteration patterns in HZ patients and patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). 2. Reveal the key brain mechanisms influencing the course of PHN through longitudinal multimodal MRI brain imaging data of PHN patients. 3. Combine standardized clinical assessment scales to construct an effective PHN prediction model, providing objective and effective biological indicators for the precise clinical treatment of PHN.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 1. 恶性肿瘤、颅内感染、癫痫或脑血管病史； 2. 精神疾病（HADS焦虑/抑郁子量表＞11分）； 3. 吸毒或长期（＞3个月）使用麻醉、镇静、镇痛药物； 4. 糖尿病神经病变或脊柱手术史； 5. MRI禁忌证（幽闭恐惧症、体内金属植入物）。 6. 孕妇、哺乳期妇女或疑似怀孕者； 注：凡符合上述任何一条的患者，即予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria 1.History of malignant tumors, intracranial infections, epilepsy or cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Mental illness (HADS Anxiety/Depression Scale > 11 points); 3. Drug use or long-term (> 3 months) use of anesthetic, sedative or analgesic drugs; 4. History of diabetic neuropathy or spinal surgery; 5. MRI contraindications (claustrophobia, metal implants in the body). 6. Pregnant women, lactating women or those suspected of being pregnant; Note: Any patient who meets any of the above conditions will be excluded.
