研究目的：

本研究旨在评估在 MDT 讨论中提供多模态 MRI 影像组学定量报告，是否能够降低疑似间质性肺病（interstitial lung disease, ILD） 患者在随机后 90 天内接受侵入性肺活检的比例。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate whether incorporating multimodal MRI-based radiomics reports into multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions can reduce the rate of invasive lung biopsies within 90 days among patients with suspected interstitial lung disease( ILD).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往已有明确病理学诊断的 ILD。 2.入组前30天内进行的肺活检（经支气管或手术）。 3.MRI禁忌症，包括但不限于不兼容的起搏器、金属植入物或严重的幽闭恐惧症。 4.研究者认为，存在严重的合并症会给麻醉或肺活检带来不可接受的高风险。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pre-existing, histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of ILD. 2. Lung biopsy (transbronchial or surgical) performed within 30 days prior to enrollment. 3. Contraindications to MRI, including but not limited to incompatible pacemakers, metallic implants, or severe claustrophobia. 4. Presence of severe comorbidities that, in the judgment of the investigator, would confer an unacceptably high risk for anesthesia or lung biopsy.
