研究目的：

探讨1小时禁水策略与传统2小时禁水策略相比能否减少实际的术前禁水时间，改善患儿术前的饥渴感。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the 1-h clear fasting can reduce the actual preoperative fasting time and less hunger and thirst compared with the traditional 2-h clear fasting in children undergong same-day surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未按规定进行禁食水; 2.患有胃肠道疾病（胃炎、食道狭窄、胃食管反流等）.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Do not adhere to the fasting regimens; 2.Patients with gastrointestina disorders such as gastritis, esophageal stenosis or gastroesophageal reflux.
