研究目的：

对比经尿道手术后直接拔出尿管与膀胱灌注生理盐水后拔出尿管两种方式，分析患者排尿后感受、泌尿系统感染情况、排尿情况等方面的差异，确定更有利于患者术后恢复的尿管拔出方式。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare two urethral catheter removal methods after transurethral surgery—direct removal versus removal following intravesical instillation of normal saline—analyze the differences in post-voiding sensations, urinary tract infection (UTI) incidence, voiding function, and other relevant aspects, and determine the optimal catheter removal approach that is more conducive to patients' postoperative recovery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍； 2.术前存在泌尿系统感染，或术后出现严重感染（体温＞38.5℃，血常规提示白细胞计数及中性粒细胞比例显著升高，且尿培养阳性）； 3.有神经源性膀胱、尿道狭窄等影响排尿功能的基础疾病； 4.近期（3 个月内）接受过其他泌尿系统手术； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 6.无法配合完成研究相关评估。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Complicating severe dysfunction of major organs including the heart, liver, and kidneys; 2.Preoperative urinary tract infection, or severe postoperative infection (defined as body temperature > 38.5℃, blood routine examination showing significant elevation of white blood cell count and neutrophil ratio, plus positive urine culture); 3.Underlying diseases affecting voiding function such as neurogenic bladder and urethral stricture; 4.Having undergone other urinary system surgeries within the recent 3 months; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Unable to cooperate with the completion of study-related assessments.

在术后医生判断患者符合尿管拔出条件（如尿液引流通畅、无明显血尿、患者无膀胱痉挛等不适症状，具体依据不同术式的常规判断标准）后，严格遵循无菌操作原则，直接拔除尿管。

For the Direct Catheter Removal Group: After the doctor determines that the patient meets the catheter removal criteria postoperatively (e.g., unobstructed urine drainage, no significant hematuria, and the patient has no discomfort symptoms such as bladder spasm; specific criteria are based on the routine judgment standards for different surgical procedures), the catheter is directly removed in strict accordance with the aseptic technique principles.

同样在术后医生判断患者符合尿管拔出条件后，先使用无菌注射器抽取适量生理盐水，经尿管缓慢注入膀胱，灌注速度控制在 5 - 10ml/s，灌注过程中观察患者有无不适反应。灌注完毕后，立即遵循无菌操作原则拔除尿管。

Intervention：

Similarly, after the doctor determines that the patient meets the catheter removal criteria postoperatively, a sterile syringe is first used to extract an appropriate amount of normal saline, which is then slowly injected into the bladder through the catheter. The perfusion rate is controlled at 5-10 ml/s, and the patient is observed for any adverse reactions or discomfort during the perfusion. After the perfusion is completed, the catheter is immediately removed in strict accordance with the principles of aseptic technique.

A single-blind (outcome assessor blinding) design is adopted: assessors responsible for outcome indicator measurement and data collection, as well as statistical analysts, are only aware of patients' basic clinical information and unaware of patients' group assignment (i.e., urethral catheter removal method), so as to avoid assessment bias caused by group assignment information.
