研究目的：

银屑病是一种慢性免疫介导性皮肤疾病，研究证实RHCG在银屑病皮损中显著上调，在炎症微环境下调控角质形成细胞的生物学功能，miR-10b-3p可直接靶向RHCG表达。本研究拟通过检测银屑病患者皮损中miR-10b-3p、GRP78、ATF6、caspase 3的水平，并验证miR-10b-3p对银屑病相关细胞因子及炎症反应的影响，探讨circATIC与miR-10b-3p的调控关系，评估内质网应激通路在银屑病中的作用，预期为揭示银屑病的发病机制提供新的靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated skin disease. Research has confirmed that RHCG is significantly upregulated in psoriatic lesions and regulates the biological functions of keratinocytes in the inflammatory microenvironment. miR-10b-3p can directly target RHCG expression. This study intends to detect the levels of miR-10b-3p, GRP78, ATF6, and caspase 3 in the lesions of psoriasis patients, and verify the effect of miR-10b-3p on psoriasis-related cytokines and inflammatory responses, explore the regulatory relationship between circATIC and miR-10b-3p, and assess the role of the endoplasmic reticulum stress pathway in psoriasis, aiming to provide new targets for revealing the pathogenesis of psoriasis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 过去4周内接受过系统免疫抑制剂、生物制剂或光疗； 2. 过去2周内在取材皮损局部使用强效糖皮质激素或维生素D衍生物； 3. 合并其他自身免疫病、活动性感染、恶性肿瘤或严重系统性疾病； 4. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 5. 研究者认为不宜参加试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of systemic immunosuppressants, biologics, or phototherapy in the past 4 weeks; 2. Use of potent topical glucocorticoids or vitamin D derivatives on sampled lesions in the past 2 weeks; 3. Presence of other autoimmune diseases, active infections, malignancies, or serious systemic diseases; 4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for trial participation by the investigator.
