研究目的:

通过运动视觉训练提高运动员在比赛情境中对关键信息的搜索和加工,快速的作出预判反应。在查阅大量有关文献的基础上,本研究基于篮球运动的技战术特点,采用眼动仪、E-prime 等软件设备,以广州体育学院高校大学生篮球训练队具有二级运动水平的运动员为干预对象,进一步剖析运动视觉训练对大学生篮球运动员视觉信息加工和知觉预判能力的影响,探讨运动视觉训练的有效性,分析知觉预判能力对竞赛表现的影响,为培养高校篮球精细化训练提供一些理论参考和建议。  

Objectives of Study:

By enhancing athletes' search and processing of key information in competitive scenarios through sports vision training, they can make quick predictive responses. Based on extensive literature review and considering the technical and tactical characteristics of basketball, this study utilized eye-tracking devices and E-prime software, taking college basketball players from Guangzhou Sport University with second-level athlete status as the intervention subjects. It further analyzed the impact of sports vision training on the visual information processing and perceptual prediction abilities of college basketball players, explored the effectiveness of sports vision training, and examined the influence of perceptual prediction abilities on competitive performance. This research aims to provide some theoretical references and suggestions for the refinement of basketball training in colleges and universities.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 最近一个月或现在出现了视力疲劳、作息不规律等影响运动的情况; 2. 存在认知障碍,无法执行试验者; 3. 患有类风湿性关节炎或其他影响方案干预的疾病; 4. 不能完成本干预方案者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Experiencing visual fatigue, irregular sleep patterns, or other conditions affecting exercise in the past month or currently; 2. Having cognitive impairments that prevent participation in the trial; 3. Suffering from rheumatoid arthritis or other diseases that could interfere with the intervention protocol; 4. Unable to complete this intervention program.

训练方案分别为常规视觉训练以及专项化运动视觉训练。选取广州体育学院符合视力要求的24名二级水平及以上的篮球运动员。实验组12人用课外时间进行每周参加运动视觉训练 3 次,每次练习时间 30 分钟左右,为期 8 周。

The training programs consist of conventional visual training and specialized sports visual training. A total of 24 basketball players from Guangzhou Sport University, who meet the vision requirements and are at or above level two, were selected. The experimental group of 12 people participated in sports visual training three times a week during their extracurricular time, with each session lasting about 30 minutes, for a duration of 8 weeks.
